Already started the morning off; user called to report the company website is down. The website provides a portal for Agents to access quotes and perform agenty stuff. The website is hosted with Bluehost. After a quick call they said that it was physically down and it would be about 45 minutes. 10 minutes later the site was back up. Still here dealing with an update to the Insurance Web Rater program.
Apparently a bigger issue has come up; leaving me as project manager of a new Insurance Rating and Issuance software that is 6 months overdue.
